Dress Code

Maintaining a consistent and professional appearance is important for guest perception and team culture. While expectations differ slightly by location, the same principles apply everywhere: clean, neat, and guest-ready.

General Standards (All Locations)

  • Clothing must be clean, neat, and free of holes or stains.
  • Good personal hygiene is required.
  • Shoes must be closed-toe, non-slip, and in good condition.
  • Hair should be neat and pulled back if working with food or beverages.

The Hub (Centralia, WA) & McFiler’s (Chehalis, WA)

Dress Code: Casual

  • Jeans, khakis, or casual slacks permitted.
  • T-shirts, polos, or casual tops allowed.
  • Hoodies and sweaters are allowed if clean and professional in appearance.
  • Band shirts, slogans, or graphics must be tasteful and not offensive.
  • Aprons (if issued) must be worn during shifts and kept clean.
  • Management may occasionally request event-specific attire (e.g., themed nights).
  • Non-slip footwear.

McFiler’s Chehalis Theater (Chehalis, WA)

Dress Code: Business Casual

  • Collared shirts, polos, or blouses required.
  • Slacks, chinos, or dark jeans permitted (no rips, distressing, or overly casual styles).
  • Dresses or skirts allowed if at or below knee length.
  • No athletic wear, sweatpants, or overly casual clothing.
  • Jackets, ties, or vests may be requested for higher-profile events.
  • Aprons (if issued) must be worn during service and kept clean.

Special Events

  • For themed nights, concerts, or private parties, management may issue temporary dress requirements.
  • Staff should check the schedule and event notes for instructions before the shift.

Enforcement

  • Staff arriving out of dress code may be asked to change before clocking in.
  • Repeat violations may result in disciplinary action under the Point System.

✨ Remember: your appearance represents the brand. Guests notice, and consistency builds trust and professionalism.
